Yes, it's true! Stick RPG 2 is finally nearing completion after an incredibly long, delayed and eventful development. We know you've been waiting forever, and we hope you enjoy the fruits of the many months of our blood, sweat and tears.
In honor these final few days, we're proud to announce The Director's Cut version of the game - reasonably priced to offset the time and toil that everyone at XGen has put into the game. We promise that SRPG2 is and always will be free. The Director's Cut is available for those who want all of the extras, and to toss some coinage at XGen for always working hard for you guys. It even includes a free 1-Month Stick Arena Lab Pass! Enjoy!

Mediapaja has been diligently keeping us updated in the forums, and it's now time for the unveiling of the film! The flash game Motherload was released in September 2004, before XGen was even a company. It was created out of a simple desire to create a game that we personally would want to play. Featuring entrepreneurial digging, flying, upgrading and even battling some surprising demonic forces, Motherload was the first game that I personally made with XGen. It remains my favorite today.
Kudos to Mediapaja Productions for their excellent work, attempting to remain faithful to the awfully silly material it was based on, and finishing with a truly excellent tribute - And making it free for anyone to enjoy! Cheers!

Even the (suddenly French) forums were abuzz with April Foolery, Mediapaja posted that the Motherload Movie has been sadly canceled and has been replaced by a more ambitious project. Many laughs ensued at XGen.
And yes, the StickRPG2 project has finally received a much needed re-invigoration, the SRPG2 forums are officially reopened and StickRPG2.com has been updated. Stay tuned for more!

XGen's in-house development team has been quiet lately, but rest assured we have many simultaneous projects in the works. Some of them are going to really surprise you, others have been a long time coming... Let's leave it at that for now. Stay tuned for further notice!

Heavy Rain, the PS3 exclusive Interactive Drama is quite remarkable. In an industry known for rehashing the same ideas, it dares to be very different; paying off in a big way. Now if only there weren't so many recent PSN problems preventing me from playing it...
Valve has been very busy with Portal 2 hinting by releasing a string of extremely cryptic hints in a Portal patch. Dedicated fans have discovered that the patch adds hidden radio messages; audio beeps that can be decoded into some bizarre images, leading to an old-school Bulletin Board System with further imagery. Exciting!
